Abstract :
Performance evaluation refers to entirely the proper processes that are utilized to assess a person, his or her helps, and their probable. In other words, it is a process of determining how successfully a company has hired and placed an employee. It also involves planning and evaluating an individual’s performance in relation to the requirements of the position. One of the key organization tools used in this procedure are performance reviews. Convenience sampling is the sample method employed for this investigation. The organization’s welfare measure is consistent with its corporate values and has increased the employees’ sense of commitment to their jobs.
