Abstract :
In industrial environments, managing hazardous gases is crucial to preventing risks such as health hazards, environmental damage, and financial losses. This project, titled “Advance Gas Leak Detection and Auto Shutoff for Industrial Safety”, addresses these challenges with an advanced system combining real time gas leak detection and automatic regulator shut off. Traditional gas leak detection methods are often reactive, relying on manual inspections, which can be insufficient for large scale operations. This system uses high sensitivity sensors to monitor gas concentrations continuously. Upon detecting a leak, it automatically shuts off the gas regulator, isolating the source and preventing further release. The system not only enhances safety by reducing human error but also ensures compliance with safety regulations and improves operational efficiency. Additionally, it minimizes economic losses by reducing downtime and the risk of major incidents. Ultimately, this project aims to improve industrial safety, protect human health, and optimize operational reliability, setting a new standard for gas leak management in industrial settings.
