Abstract :
The job application process, traditionally a time consuming and repetitive task, can be significantly streamlined through automation. This paper explores the feasibility and potential benefits of automating various stages of the job application process, including job searching, resume and cover letter generation, application form filling, and follow up communication. We delve into the technical aspects of automation, such as web scraping, natural language processing, and machine learning, and discuss their applications in the context of job search. Additionally, we examine the ethical implications of automated job applications, including potential biases and the impact on the human element of the recruitment process
