Abstract
VANET is a mobile network of automobiles, roadside units, and other equipment that connects devices to improve road safety and traffic monitoring. Although this method benefits motorists, it has many security challenges that are vitalto traffic safety. It's crucial that only allowed cars send messages and denied vehicles never interfere. Thus, Blockchain, a promising technology used across many fields, has been investigated for use on the VANET system to encrypt information shared between wayside devices and automobiles. Distributed Ledger technology can assure data accessibility, correctness, and unlink ability in the Internet of Vehicles, but it cannot guarantee security. Thus, systems implementing this innovation should adopt secrecy techniques to address user privacy concerns. This research surveys the literature on Blockchain-based vehicular services and privacy solutions. The essential qualities and attributes of existing solutions are examined to provide a full and critical analysis of their contributions to the domain. It also directs researchers to Blockchain-licensed vehicle network system confidentiality investigations.
