This study explores the development of a machine-learning-powered educational tool to enhance the accessibility and usefulness of educational materials. The tool uses advanced technologies like Google Gemini artificial intelligence, Google Search Programming interface, LangChain, PyPDF2, PDFReader, and Python to create a comprehensive system that allows users to transfer PDF reports, process text, retrieve data from the web, and generate meaningful responses to user queries. The tool's main goal is to improve the interaction with educational content, making it more intelligent and accessible. System testing, unit testing, utility testing, and execution testing were conducted to evaluate its effectiveness and precision. The results showed a text extraction accuracy rate of over 95% and a 92% accuracy in question responses. Future improvements include a test age feature, improved text extraction calculations, multilingual support, and support for additional file formats.
