Abstract :
Creating easily available services that connect education and job services is a problem for career counseling in the age of lifelong learning. The use of artificial intelligence to assist with advice in both higher education and the workplace has received very little attention up to this point. The use of artificial intelligence to assist and advance career counseling in higher education institutions is discussed in this study. The findings from focus groups, scenario analysis, and real world experiments are shared, outlining the needs and potential applications of artificial intelligence in career counseling from the perspectives of institutions, guidance personnel, and students. The results show the potential benefits and uses of artificial intelligence in career counseling, along with the obstacles and motivators for using it in order to promote lifelong learning and higher education
