Abstract :
This project explores a groundbreaking tool that turns simple text descriptions into immersive VR experiences, crafted specifically for therapy. Designed with psychologists and mental health professionals in mind, the tool allows them to create personalized VR scenarios that help patients face their fears in a safe and supportive setting. By tailoring each experience to match the unique needs of the individual whether it’s a specific phobia or the level of intensity required this VR tool brings new flexibility and depth to exposure therapy. The hope is that, by making these experiences more engaging and controlled, patients will find it easier to work through their fears, leading to better, lasting outcomes.
