Observing the problems of patients waiting in the queue for hours and sometimes not able to get an appointment with the doctor ,the idea of PMS(Patient management system) can address this issue and solve it with an help of an pre-booking application where the patients can book an consultancy with their respective doctor with the respective time slots allotted in the application ,the idea proposes the use of Digital pass(Also called as EMERGENCY PASS (EP) ) with an uniquely integrated QR code, these will allow the patients to skip the waiting time and visit the doctor within a short period of time , the patients will be allotted with a limited no of slots who book on the application , so it does not interfere with the general appointment in the hospital’s reception. With the help of this application doctors will be notified that how many number of patients has arrived at the hospital and proceed with the consultation.
