Publication Ethics

To maintain the standard and credibility of the work, IJATEM follows certain ethical practices.  The  Scholars, Authors, Reviewers and Editors are requested to follow Core Practices and guidelines set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), in order to maintain the credibility of the publications.

Authors:

The authors are responsible for the disclosure of any Conflict of interest and any ethical issue, at the time of submission. The authors must enclose the data and methods used in the manuscript for the further reference and usage of the data by the reviewers and other scholars.

Plagiarism:

Plagiarism, in any of its form is an unacceptable practice. It is considered as a malpractice and is dealt with strictly. Authors should not submit the same manuscript in more than one journal at the same time. It is considered as unethical behavior and is unacceptable.

 Authors must cite the source for the using any information such as images, data, flowchart, table, graphs, figures  in advance and give necessary credits.

Editors:

 The Editors must play a fair role without any discrimination of the authors. He / She must maintain the confidentiality of the work and should not disclose any of the information about the authors and the works to anybody. It is the final decision of the main Editor, whether to publish a paper or not.

Reviewers:

The Reviewers must keep the information about their role confidentially, in order to ensure integrity of the journal. The Reviewers must inform any conflict of interest, well in advance to avoid influence.
